Organized by the Mixed Martial Arts Sports Association of Hong Kong, China and Hong Kong Shooto Association, this event aims to promote mixed martial arts (MMA) and Shooto techniques as a local amateur competition. Building on the success of the previous tournament, this year’s edition focuses on enhancing the professionalism and safety of the event, strengthening referee training to ensure judgments align with international standards (such as the adoption of unified MMA rules), improving pre-fight medical examinations and support for participants to reduce the risk of sports injuries, and discovering younger potential athletes.
