In preparation for the Hong Kong MMA Championship 2024, The Mixed Martial Arts Sports Association of Hong Kong, China has comprehensively upgraded its MMA referee training program. Through innovative courses including international rule analysis, practical training, and pressure scenario simulations, the program aims to cultivate professional teams with international officiating standards. The training features special instruction by internationally renowned referees. Outstanding students will receive international certification and directly participate in officiating the Championship.
The Association is also establishing a referee grading management and continuous training mechanism to promote the professional development of Hong Kong’s MMA referee system, laying a solid foundation for enhancing event credibility and international standards.
